Appointments

Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

For current patients, call 360-621- 2696 to schedule an in-office appointment or schedule online via the patient portal.

Patient Portal

The patient portal is a great benefit to our current patients.  The patient portal allows you to quickly receive lab, MRI, and X-ray results, schedule appointments, send and receive confidential emails, and access your records.

If you have not signed up to the patient portal yet, all you need is an email address and invitation to begin.  Contact us at the clinic to receive an invitation to your email.

Billing and Insurance

The only insurance that is billed at the clinic is Noridian Medicare.

Please note: If Medicaid is your secondary to Medicare, we are not contracted with Medicaid.  This means you will be in charge of covering any additional expenses that Medicare does not cover.
