When under the membership, insurance is not billed. You pay a monthly membership fee, which covers everything that we do in the clinic, such as physicals, routine check-ups, sick visits and shots. Anything that is sent out of the clinic to be analyzed, such as lab work and biopsies, will have an additional charge.
This monthly membership allows you all-access to your provider in terms of in-office appointments, text messaging, phone calls and Skype. Our in-person appointments are at least 30 minutes long. Beyond the ease of access to your provider, there is also the advantage of discounted prescriptions through our in-house pharmacy, labs, and other services.
There is no such phrase as “over-using” your membership at our clinic. We like to believe that frequent care is better care and the less likely you will have a major medical expense.
We have pricing for children, individuals, couples and families. For a more detailed list of the pricing, click here.
No co-pays needed! All office visits are covered under your monthly membership. Click here to view the membership pricing.
If you are experiencing an emergency, you need to call 911. If you need to contact your provider after-hours, you are given your provider’s phone number, in which you can send a text, send a picture or call and leave a voice message.
Under the monthly membership, insurance is not billed. If you have insurance, you can still use it for outside prescriptions, labs, referrals and specialists.
The only insurance that we accept and bill is Medicare. If Noridian Medicare is your primary, then you would not be on the monthly membership, and we would bill Medicare on your behalf.

No, you do not need insurance to be a patient of the clinic. We do strongly suggest that you have at least a catastrophic insurance plan or med-share plan, to cover for extreme emergencies.
No, The Manette Clinic is not a type of insurance.
If you have chronic pain or are currently taking pain medication, you would be better served by seeing a specialist for your pain issues.
If you are currently working with a specialist for your pain issues and medication refills, we would be happy to see you for the basic primary care needs that we provide.
Yes. To be a patient of the clinic, you need to either be on the monthly membership or a current Medicare patient. We are not a walk-in clinic or an urgent care.
We do offer special discounts for low-income patients and for patients in full-time ministry. Please contact the clinic for more information.
You can cancel at any time by giving us a 30-day written notice. There is no long-term contract needed when joining The Manette Clinic.
If you are a patient on vacation for a temporary amount of time and need to get in touch with us, we can certainly help you. You can call the clinic during business hours or call/text/send a picture to the provider line, or request a Skype call. If a prescription is needed, we are able to access pharmacies state-side only.
For specialists, we will send out a referral. If you have insurance, you can use it to cover the costs of the specialist. If you do not have insurance, some specialists offer cash discounts.
Everything that is done in the clinic is covered in your monthly membership. See a more detailed list of the services included in your membership.
