Frequently Asked Questions About the Monthly Membership
When under the membership, insurance is not billed. You pay a monthly membership fee, which covers everything that we do in the clinic, such as physicals, routine check-ups, sick visits and shots. Anything that is sent out of the clinic to be analyzed, such as lab work and biopsies, will have an additional charge.
This monthly membership allows you all-access to your provider in terms of in-office appointments, text messaging, phone calls and Skype. Our in-person appointments are at least 30 minutes long. Beyond the ease of access to your provider, there is also the advantage of discounted prescriptions through our in-house pharmacy, labs, and other services.
There is no such phrase as “over-using” your membership at our clinic. We like to believe that frequent care is better care and the less likely you will have a major medical expense.
We have pricing for children, individuals, couples and families. For a more detailed list of the pricing, click here.
No co-pays needed! All office visits are covered under your monthly membership. Click here to view the membership pricing.
If you are experiencing an emergency, you need to call 911. If you need to contact your provider after-hours, you are given your provider’s phone number, in which you can send a text, send a picture or call and leave a voice message.
Under the monthly membership, insurance is not billed. If you have insurance, you can still use it for outside prescriptions, labs, referrals and specialists.
The only insurance that we accept and bill is Medicare. If Noridian Medicare is your primary, then you would not be on the monthly membership, and we would bill Medicare on your behalf.
