If you are unsure if The Manette Clinic is a good fit for you or if you have additional questions that you want to chat about before signing up, we offer a FREE 30-Minute Meet and Greet. You can meet with the provider, ask questions, get a feel for the clinic and see if this is a good fit for you. Call 360-621-2696 to set up your Meet and Greet!

Preparing for your first visit:
Monthly Membership patients:
- Fill out the New Patient paperwork in your patient portal.
- If you have insurance, bring your insurance card(s)
- Bring your photo identification
- Bring a list of your current medications or your prescription bottles
- You will be expected to pay the $99 enrollment fee (per household) plus the monthly membership.
- We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and debit cards. If you pay with cash or check, we will still need a checking account, credit card, or debit card on file.
Medicare patients:
- Fill out the New Patient paperwork in your patient portal.
- Bring your insurance card(s)
- Bring your photo identification
- Bring a list of your current medications or your prescription bottles
- Depending on your insurance plan, be prepared to make your co-pay during registration.
- We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and debit cards.
