Noridian Medicare is the only insurance that we bill.  If Medicare is your primary insurance, then we would bill Medicare on your behalf.

No.  If you have Noridian Medicare, you would not pay the monthly membership.  Federal guidelines do not allow us to charge a membership fee for Medicare patients.

No, Medicaid is not the same as Medicare.  If you have Medicaid, you would be on the monthly membership.

It depends on your secondary insurance.  If you do not have a secondary, there is a $20 “co-pay” towards your billing.  If your secondary requires a co-pay, then that will be expected at each office visit.

No.  Even though Medicare is the only insurance that is billed at the clinic, it needs to be your primary insurance.  If Medicare is your secondary insurance, then you would be on the monthly membership.

No.  We only bill Noridian Medicare.  Since you have opted for another insurance plan to manage your Medicare, it takes the place of Medicare being your primary.  If you have a managed Medicare plan, you would be on the monthly membership.

Yes.  If you are housebound and are unable to make it into the clinic or if you reside at an assisted living facility or adult family home, we are able to come to your home for visits.
