Position Purpose & Vision:
Our clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our Clinical Services team. The primary goal of this role is to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical environment. The Licensed Nurse will be responsible for administering immunizations, triaging patient communications, performing in-office clinical procedures, and managing clinical supplies and medications. As a key member of the healthcare team, this position supports patient care while ensuring compliance with state guidelines and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical & Procedural Duties
- Administer immunizations and vaccines in compliance with established protocols.
- Perform in-office procedures such as EKGs, blood draws, CAM placements, and ear cleanings.
- Provide patient education on procedures, medications, and aftercare instructions.
- Assist providers during clinical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication & Patient Coordination
- Triage incoming calls and manage patient communications through a secure texting system.
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate care, medication reconciliation, and procedural needs.
- Work with laboratories to ensure proper coding, documentation, and testing.
- Supply & Medication Management
- Manage and order clinical supplies and vaccines, maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Oversee medication management for the in-office pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on state guidelines and incorporate any changes into daily clinical practices.
- Documentation & Chart Reconciliation
- Assist in reconciling new patient charts, and verifying medication lists and health histories.
- Support medication reconciliation and ensure accurate record-keeping in collaboration with providers.
- Office Environment & Order
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment, meeting health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the lab and vendors for supply orders, ensuring clinical operations run smoothly.

- Clinical Excellence & Patient Safety
- Achieve high accuracy in clinical procedures, including immunizations, EKGs, and blood draws.
- Receive positive patient feedback regarding education and communication.
- Operational Efficiency
- Ensure timely triage response and patient communications.
- Maintain an organized inventory with minimal discrepancies.
- Compliance & Communication
- Adhere to all state guidelines and clinical procedures.
- Maintain effective collaboration with providers, labs, and supply vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing & Certification
- Must be a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) in good standing with the state.
- Experience & Skills
- Experience in clinical nursing procedures, immunization administration, and patient care.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with providers and patients.
- Knowledge of state clinical guidelines and healthcare regulations.
- Additional Skills
- Proficient in using clinic management software, EHR systems, and secure texting platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
